If you lose or irreparably damage a library resource please let us know as soon as possible.
You will be charged the replacement cost, or alternatively you can choose to supply us with a replacement copy of the item yourself.
If a lost item is subsequently found we will refund the amount you paid (provided you can produce your receipt) or return the replacement copy you supplied.
