The Library is in the Cornerstone Building, adjacent to the Skinner Building. Both the Library and 24/7 IT Suite are open every day, except between Christmas and New Year and the long Easter weekend.
You will need your university ID card to access the building entrance (evenings only), library entrance (at all times) and 24/7 IT Suite (at all times). Visitors are welcome in the Library during the day by ringing the bell at the library entrance and signing in.
During the autumn the 24/7 IT Suite is sometimes booked for library orientation sessions; a sign on the door will indicate if this is the case.
If the Library is open but the Service Desk closed, the building is supervised by a Security Officer. Security Officers are happy to assist with basic library enquiries but are unable to issue books or provide IT support.
